Kid's Yoga 

In these classes, we offer an age appropriate yoga practice. This includes breathing instruction, relaxation, stretching, and strengthening poses, complete with music, games, and lots of imagination! The idea is keeping everything playful which will keep your child motivated and moving! Is your child ready to sing, dance, skip, march, laugh, hop, and listen to stories as we practice yoga? Then get signed up today!

Children are expected to attend class on their own.

Rebeka is trained in “Kidding Around Yoga tm.” Kidding Around Yoga is a style of Yoga that was created by Haris Lender, ERYT 500, RCYT, YACEP. KAY encompasses the 5 branches of Yoga in a clear engaging method. A typical KAY class gets the children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo‐ing, and storytelling ALL while practicing authentic Yoga to original KAY music.
